Exchange & Refund policy:

We do not accept any returns until and unless the product you have received is in damaged or defective condition.

Any purchase made in a store can be exchanged only at a store and a request for exchange of the same cannot be made online through the Website.

For any assistance in respect of exchange or refund, you are requested to contact on the aforesaid customer care details.

In case of any return, a return fee of Rs. 50/- shall be charged except for the cases where return has been initiated due to wrongly delivered product/s.
In case of incorrect delivery of products, Customer should call the Customer Care after making an online request for return at the website.

Once a COD order is not received by the customer, he/ she will not be allowed to order COD the next time.

What is shipping charge?
There is Free Shipping for Prepaid Orders.

For COD -  COD is applicable on Order Above ₹1000 & there will be COD Charges of ₹200

Yes we ship Worldwide.

What is the return policy?

When will I receive my order?
Our Delivery time is normally 5 to 7 business days.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
