Exchange & Refund Policy
We do not accept any returns until and unless the product you have received is in damaged or defective condition.
Any purchase made in a store can be exchanged only at a store and a request for exchange of the same cannot be made online through the Website.
In case of any return, a return fee of Rs. 50/- shall be charged except for the cases where return has been initiated due to wrongly delivered product/s.
In case of incorrect delivery of products, Customer should call the Customer Care after making an online request for return at the website.
What is shipping charge?
For orders above ₹1000 shipping is free.
For orders below ₹1000, a shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable.

In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. You are requested to raise the complaint within 3 days of receiving the delivery of your order.
